Richard Foltz, MD
Richard Foltz, M.D. specializes in Neurological Surgery in the areas of spinal disorders, particularly in brain and spinal trauma. Dr. Foltz is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and an active member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons. He is Board Certified, since 1998, with the American Board of Neurosurgery. Dr. Foltz received his medical education from the School of Medicine at Texas Tech University. He completed his Neurosurgical Residency at Duke University. He was appointed Chief Resident during his time at Duke University. Dr. Foltz was also a Brain Tumor Fellow with the National Institutes of Health and Duke University Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Foltz has been in practice as a Neurosurgeon in South Florida since 1998.
Steven Svabek, DO
Dr. Steven Svabek is a board certified orthopedic surgeon who treats general orthopedic issues and specializes in diseases and disorders of the spine. In addition to evaluating and treating general orthopedic conditions, Dr. Svabek’s spine fellowship training allows him to evaluate diseases of the spine including, but not limited to, scoliosis. Surgeries of the spine that Dr. Svabek routinely performs include discectomies, decompressions of the spine and nerve roots, and spinal fusion. Dr. Svabek graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1991; interned at Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia; completed his orthopedic residency program at S. Vincent Hospital/Cabrini Medical Center and North Shore University and a spine fellowship at University of Colorado.
Frank Segreto, MD
Frank Segreto, M.D. specializes in Orthopedic Surgery of the Extremities. He has been Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery since 1991. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurologic and Orthopedic Surgeons. Dr. Segreto received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine. He completed his General Surgery Residency at the Staten Island Hospital in New York. He completed his Orthopedic Residency at the State University of New York Stony Brook Department of Orthopedics. He was appointed Chief Resident during his time at Stony Brook. Dr. Segreto has been a team physician for a number of high school sports teams on Long Island in New York. He has been in practice as an Orthopedic Surgeon in New York and South Florida since 1995.
Charles Strader, PA-C
Charles Strader, P.A.-C is a Certified Physician Assistant with over 26 years’ experience, with the last 15 years in orthopedics. He received his undergraduate degree from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio. He underwent his Physician Assistant training at Cuyahoga Community College where he received his Associate of Applied Science and Surgical Physician Assistant Degrees. Prior to his education, Charles served in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years during the Vietnam War. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Charles has enjoyed working as a Physician Assistant in Hawaii, Tennessee and Florida. He has also been a firefighter and paramedic.

Joshua Henry, MD
Joshua Henry, M.D. specializes in Interventional Pain Medicine, Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. He is a member of the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians and American Board of Medical Specialties. Dr. Henry received his Medical Degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at the Mayo Clinic Family Medicine Residency Program in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Henry completed his Sports Medicine Fellowship at the John Peter Smit Sports Medicine Fellowship in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Henry performs fluoroscopically guided spinal intervention, ultrasound guided musculoskeletal injections and radiofrequency ablation procedures. He has been licensed in Florida since 2012.
Ronald I. Landau, MD
Ronald I. Landau, M.D., Chief Radiologist of CMC Radiology. Dr. Landau is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology, and frequently is called upon to provide expert testimony in the medical-legal field. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Albany Medical Center, and his Residency in Radiology at Nassau County Medical Center/State University of New York. Additionally, he completed a Fellowship in MRI at the University of South Florida. Dr. Landau holds memberships in the American Roentgen Ray Society, Palm Beach County Medical Society, American College Radiological Society, Radiology Advocacy Alliance, and the Radiological Society of North America.

Alan Dautch, Clinical Director, CMC Chiropractic, practices in the areas of personal injury, worker’s compensation, sports injuries, geriatrics, pediatrics, and family practice. Dr. Dautch is certified as a Qualified Medical Examiner by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from life Chiropractic College-West, San Leandro, California.
