Somnath N. Nair, MD
Somnath N. Nair, M.D., specializes in Neurological Surgery in the areas of spinal disorders, particularly in brain and spinal trauma, deep brain stimulation, and compression fractures of the spine and peripheral nerve disorders. Dr. Nair is certified with the American Board of Neurological surgery. He received his medical education from Grant Medical College, at Bombay University and completed his advanced training in neurological surgery at the University of Rochester, NY and Emory University, GA. Dr. Nair was associate professor and acting chief of the Division of Neurosurgery at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and Hahnemann University in Philadelphia as well as Chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery at the Cleveland Clinic Florida. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.
Steven Svabek, DO
Dr. Steven Svabek is a board certified orthopedic surgeon who treats general orthopedic issues and specializes in diseases and disorders of the spine. In addition to evaluating and treating general orthopedic conditions, Dr. Svabek’s spine fellowship training allows him to evaluate diseases of the spine including, but not limited to, scoliosis. Surgeries of the spine that Dr. Svabek routinely performs include discectomies, decompressions of the spine and nerve roots, and spinal fusion. Dr. Svabek graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1991; interned at Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia; completed his orthopedic residency program at S. Vincent Hospital/Cabrini Medical Center and North Shore University and a spine fellowship at University of Colorado.
Jerald P. Vizzone, DO
Jerald P. Vizzone, D.O. is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in minimally invasive orthopedic surgery-including arthroscopic surgery of the cervical and lumbar spine. His hospital affiliation includes McBride Surgical Center, LL C. Dr. Vizzone received his Medical degree from the University of Health Sciences – College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Kansas City, Missouri. He graduated Cum Laude from Farleigh Dickinson University; attended a graduate program at Rutgers University; completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Cabrini Medical Center and Peninsula Hospital Center and served as a Visiting Resident at the Alfred I. DuPonte Institute. He also completed one year of general surgery residency at PCOM in Philadelphia, PA, and an osteopathic internship at Metropolitan Hospital – Parkway Division also in Philadelphia, PA.
Samuel Mendez, Physician Assistant, CMC, approaches his practice of medicine with the goal of “making man whole.” He is certified as a physician assistant, as well as in Advanced Pediatric Life Support and Adult CPR. Mr. Mendez is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. He was Valedictorian of his Physican Assistant program and graduated Cum Laude from Loma Linda University with a Bachelor of Health Science.

Alan Siegel is a Surgical Pain Specialist practicing in South Florida, since 1992. He is board certified in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA), and specializes in Surgical Pain Management. Dr. Siegel has been appointed by Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine as the Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery Division of Anesthesiology. Dr. Siegel treats a wide variety of chronic pain conditions, but his main interest centers on the diagnosis and treatment of spinal pain with a variety of minimally invasive procedures that are considered safe, effective, and state-of-the art by his physician colleagues.
Ronald I. Landau, MD
Ronald I. Landau, M.D., Chief Radiologist of CMC Radiology. Dr. Landau is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology, and frequently is called upon to provide expert testimony in the medical-legal field. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Albany Medical Center, and his Residency in Radiology at Nassau County Medical Center/State University of New York. Additionally, he completed a Fellowship in MRI at the University of South Florida. Dr. Landau holds memberships in the American Roentgen Ray Society, Palm Beach County Medical Society, American College Radiological Society, Radiology Advocacy Alliance, and the Radiological Society of North America.

Sina Menashehoff, DO
Sina Menashehoff is board eligible physician in PM&R as well Pain Medicine. He graduated his physiatry residency in Stony Brook University Hospital in New York and continued his training with an accredited pain medicine fellowship through NOVA Southeastern Consortium and Larkin Hospital. Dr. Menashehoff treats a variety of pain and spinal disorders using interventional management as well as medication management. He also performs EMGs as well as OMT. He lives in Boca Raton with his wife and three children.
